Diagnosis
No full diagnosis of this species is presently available, but mature male unmistakable in its western African range by combination of white thoracic dorsum and pruinose S9-10.
Habitat description
Streams shaded by forest. Often with a gravelly, sandy and/or soft (like muddy) bottom and probably coarse detritus. From 0 to 800 m above sea level, but mostly below 800.
